○ 지원대상(Who can apply?)
 - 국내에서 합법적으로 취업이 가능한 외국인으로 등록된 외국인 또는 재외동포(F-4)
    Skilled foreign job seekers in Korea who are legalley eligible to work, including registered foreigners or overseas Koreans(F-4 visa holders)
 - 취업역량 강화 프로그램, 취업상담 및 알선에 적극적으로 임할 수 있는 자
    Individuals who are able and willing to actively participate in job competency enhancement programs, employment counseling and job matching services
 - 토픽 4급 이상 또는 이에 준하는 한국어 활용능력 보유자
    Applicants who have obtained TOPIK Level 4 or higher, or who possess equivalent Korean language proficiency
